  • Hosting and maintenance of a digital menu website.

  • Customization of menus with images, prices, and descriptions.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

  • To use our services, you must register an account and provide accurate information.

  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.

  • Any misuse of the account will be the sole responsibility of the Client.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Our services are available on a subscription or one-time payment basis, as specified in the pricing plan.

  • Payments must be made on time to ensure uninterrupted service.

  • Failure to make payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Content and Menu Management

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all content (menu items, descriptions, images, etc.) complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

  • We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that violates our policies.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All QR codes, website designs, and proprietary technology used in providing the service remain our property.

  • Clients retain ownership of their own business name, logo, and menu content.

7. Service Availability and Limitations

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.

  • Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily disrupt service.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

  • We comply with data protection regulations and safeguard all user data.

  • We do not sell or share user data with third parties except as required to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee increased customer engagement or revenue as a result of using our QR menu services.

10. Termination of Service

  • Either party may terminate the service with a [30-day] notice.

  • If terminated due to violation of terms, refunds will not be issued.

  • Upon termination, all QR menu links may be deactivated.
